Our own floor, our own team. Cabinetmakers, joiners and finishers on our payroll, working in our Sydney and Melbourne workshops. Nothing subcontracted, nothing offshore. The crew that builds your activation is the crew that installs it.
One Point Of Contact
Design, manufacture, install, removal and storage under one contract. One project manager owns the whole job, and the person who quotes it is the person on site at bump-in. Activation windows are short. There's no time for handovers between businesses.

What kinds of brand activations does Project Station build?
We design and build shopping centre activations, pop-up shops and stores, kiosks, custom retail displays, product launches and experiential brand spaces. Recent work includes Dolce & Gabbana's Devotion Christmas activation, YSL, Penfolds, The Iconic at F1, King Living, July and the ECQ Outlet opening. Every one was designed, manufactured and installed from our own workshops, from a single display unit to a full retail space.
