Project Station is a team of exhibition stand builders and retail activation specialists in Melbourne, working from our own workshop at 345 Arden St, Kensington. We design, manufacture and install custom exhibition stands, expo displays, pop up shops and retail fit-outs for brands across Victoria.
Project Station manufactures in Melbourne, ten minutes from the CBD and fifteen from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Proximity changes what is possible. Site visits happen the same day. Samples get walked in rather than couriered. Changes get made on the workshop floor instead of over email. Solid timber, veneer, melamine, acrylic, glass, metal and upholstery are cut, machined and finished in house, then installed by our own crew. One project manager owns the job from concept to commissioning. We have been building since 2011 and we deliver across Australia and New Zealand.
Exceeding expectations is what we do every day. And your trust in our ability, combined with our experience can lead to spectacular things. We are responsive, customer focused and committed to an unmatched level of quality. So you get results that smash goals, every time.

Do you build exhibition stands in Melbourne?
Project Station builds custom exhibition stands in Melbourne from our own workshop at 345 Arden St, Kensington, roughly fifteen minutes from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Being local means design meetings, sample reviews and site visits happen in person rather than by email, and the crew installing your stand is the crew that built it. We work as custom exhibition stand builders rather than a hire company, so the stand is designed around your brand, your floor plan and your objectives instead of being adapted from an existing kit. That local presence also means we can respond during bump in if something changes on site.
