High visibility exhibition environments demand rapid structural execution and premium brand presentation. At the Design Show, Project Station spearheaded the end to end project management, direct manufacturing, and structural installation for the iFit experiential activation. This case study highlights how our team successfully engineered a durable, highly interactive environment that seamlessly integrated cutting edge fitness technology under tight trade show deadlines.
The soul of the iFit activation lived in its openness a fluid, welcoming landscape designed to invite touch and inspire safe interaction with commercial fitness elements. Project Station sculpted a robust structural framework, engineered to bear the weight of heavy hardware while maintaining an elegant, minimalist silhouette. The true artistry lay beneath the surface, seamlessly hiding a complex nervous system of data cables, wires, and heavy duty mounts to power interactive digital consoles without disrupting the clean, visual harmony of the space.
Bringing this vision to life amid the chaotic symphony of a trade show bump in required a disciplined, round the clock devotion from our on site artisans. By keeping all fabrication and assembly entirely within the walls of Project Station, we held tight to total quality and absolute precision. The resulting environment was a millimeter perfect reflection of iFit’s global identity a pristine, fully functional tech stage that stood complete and motionless, waiting only for the doors to open and the crowd to rush in.
