In a bold effort to revitalise the dining experience in the heart of Western Sydney, Project Station was commissioned to complete the detailed interior fit-out of West HQ's Eat St. This ambitious project aimed to create an immersive, high-end food destination that would blend form, function, and atmosphere. Working closely with the client and design partners, Project Station delivered a cohesive and vibrant environment that celebrates culinary excellence and visual appeal.

Project Station managed the end to end fabrication and installation of bespoke joinery, tailored furniture, and hospitality fixtures throughout the Eat St precinct. This included the creation of wine display units, timber shelving, brass bottle gantries, and fully tiled service counters. All cabinetry and panelling were CNC cut in house to meet the detailed specifications of each venue. Hard-wearing materials and finishes were chosen for both aesthetic quality and long-term durability in a commercial food environment.
