Project Station is a collaboration of cabinet makers, joiners, shop fitters, printers, installers and exhibition stand builders. Project Station was built with a backbone of over 20 years of industry experience and knowledge. We possess skills in all areas of exhibition stand design, exhibition stand building, cabinet making, custom building, printing and graphic design.

We are unique in that we are a boutique company focusing on what we do best, and that is create bespoke designed and built projects. Our obsession to design and create beautiful & meaningful projects gives us drive every single day. Step 1 – Consultation

Our Account Managers are there to meet with you and extract the information required to get the results you need..

Step 2 – Design

Our designers will brain storm, create sketches, prototype and provide renders suitable to get your ideas a step closer to reality..

Step 3 – Quote

Our estimators will provide pricing based on your budget and design requirements and work with you to get the right result.

Step 4 – Approval

On approval our production team & creative team will gather to finalise all the project details ready for the build team..

Step 5 – Manufacture

Our production team works closely with the in house builders to produce your project to exact specifications..

Step 6 – Installation

Our site team will work closely with you to manage your expectations and build your project to the build plans. We offer the support you need to make it stress free..

Step 7 – Transport

We will take out the hassle of transporting your stand to and from the venue. We can transport locally, interstate and internationally..

Step 8 – Store

After the show or event is over, we can transport your items back to our warehouse ready for the next show or event..
